Basic Application Scope: The paper and board thickness tester is a specialized instrument for measuring the thickness of paper and paperboard. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national standard QB1059-91 "Corrugated Board Thickness Tester". This instrument is mainly used to measure the thickness of various types of corrugated board up to 20 mm.

Product Principle: The thickness of an object is measured under a certain area and a certain load. The dial thickness gauge can serve as a basic measurement tool during product inspection.

Testing Method:

1. Press the lever to lift the measuring head.

2. Place the sample to be tested between the measuring head and the anvil.

3. Slowly release the lever to allow the measuring head to descend evenly until it contacts the sample, then release.

4. Read the gauge value (the small pointer indicates the integer in μm, the large pointer indicates 0.01 mm per division; the sum of the large and small pointer readings is the thickness value of the sample).

5. Press the lever to lift the measuring head and remove the sample.

6. Repeat the above steps for the next test.
